Owner of Evansville Primary Care and Elevate Evansville, Dr. David Schultz II has practiced family medicine in Evansville since 1998. He is known for remaining personally involved in his patients’ care, including rounding on his own patients in the hospital.

With 20 years of healthcare experience, Brittney Phipps, FNP-C, has advanced from CNA to family nurse practitioner. She provides family medicine at Evansville Primary Care and practices aesthetics through Elevate Evansville, bringing experience in long-term care, clinical management, and CVICU open-heart recovery.

Dillon M. Swartz is an ANCC board-certified family nurse practitioner with a background in intensive and critical care nursing. He focuses on understanding each patient’s complete health picture and creating sustainable, individualized plans that support long-term wellness.
